Yeah cannabis interferes with your sleep....specifically with your REM period of sleep....it may knock you out, but it doesn't allow you to get the period of sleep where your body/brain rejuvinates....

I thought about this the other day, and I guess its up to you to decide if getting hardly any sleep is better than getting more sleep, but waking up just as tired.....

I guess it also depends what time you go to sleep....cause the effects of the weed will have worn off halfway through the night...so if you go to bed a couple of hours earlier than you normally would then you should get at least a half decent nights sleep...

lol this is just my thoughts by the way....After the first paragraph I don't know if it will actually work or not!
