it is the Cannabis causing your insomnia,

i'm going to start sounding like a Cannabis basher soon but I have known a good few people who have smoked through my life and an unreasonably high proportion of them have had sleep problems,

they fool themselves by insisting that Cannabis eventually gets them off to sleep,

in the beginning this would have been true but as your body is conditioned to regular exposure to Cannabis it finds it harder and harder to relax into a state that will allow deep sleep,

Cannabis in all reality should not be used on a daily basis, it should be used at the weekends, like going out at the weekend for a drink.
