temp. Question
my Q is my closet temps are crazy they go from 79-91 depending on the temp of the house. Later ,more into summer I will be using a AC in the room with the closet to keep it what I want to bud but for right now I dont want to crack any windows (to damn cold outside). The closets intake air is from inside of house and exaust is out through floor of closet. closet is air tight with fans off and light tight.....lol... will that much of a shift in temp hurt the plants in vegg ? Any help would kick ass...lol.. cause all U people ROCK up in here..:thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

91f is a bit to high try to get it down to 88f max and you will do better. Keep the air moving at all times if you can.

i have heard that cig smoke is actually good for killing bacteria that live on the plant wether that is a myth or not remains to be seen

Don't smoke around your plants.
Plus you can freak them out if they get a hint of what's in store for them after they flower.

Why don't you open a window, keep the door closed, and close the heat vents to that room? That should keep the room cool enough without wasting energy trying to keep your house warm.

dude if u get a hps or mh it wont work on teh days it hot inthere i haveto close the door and i think it probaly gets about 85 or 9 0 inthere soem time sinthat event i poen teh window allteh way evenin teh freezing cold and open teh door to my closit till teh heats gone and i have a fan moving air 24 7

I have no idea what jake just said. I have a 400w MH and when I open my window, the temps in the grow room drop 3-7 degrees, depending on the temps outside.
