Yes it would. Just because something isn't water-soluble doesn't mean it won't make a mixture. Just look at Italian dressing...it's part water, part oil, and part that solid shit. You don't just squirt out oil or water when you put it on your salad, now do you? If you mix it up well enough the tea might work, but the key word is might.

he has a point.. plus... you dont' put any fat in a joint, the only reason you get high is because of the heat releasing the actives... i sure as hell wouldn't do it, cuz that would taste like such shit... i'd atleast want to make some type of food out of them to help mask the taste of it, but hey, if you dont' mind that's on you, tho i would imagine it would be alot like drinking bong water (except for the fact that this might get you high)

as for the rest of yal... wtf? i don't understand how yal can say roach weed is harsh... at first, i was going to say maybe yal just aren't putting enough weed in the roach end (i.e. smoking mostly paper) but.. most of you say you put the roach in the bowl (i hope not with the paper, if so that's your problem, unless it was some huge ass fucking joint, the paper is essientally pointless, as it probably contains about as much thc as a seed)... maybe it's diffrences in language/slang.. but around here.. harsh means it burns the fuck out of your throat, not tastes bad... and shit.. for those of you who throw them away, send them to me...

HempHeadJack ( a member here ) actually saves all of his roaches... he had a huge container of like 200 of saved roaches, there a good resort for when you run out of bud... they definately get you high!
