Tea wouldn't work; THC is not water soluble. You could probably make cannabis cream and then add that to a tea, but you can't make tea out of cannabis directly and expect to get high.

Yes it would. Just because something isn't water-soluble doesn't mean it won't make a mixture. Just look at Italian dressing...it's part water, part oil, and part that solid shit. You don't just squirt out oil or water when you put it on your salad, now do you? If you mix it up well enough the tea might work, but the key word is might.

Definitely save your roaches and light them up in a bong. Often generation joints--and even dry bowls-- will be too harsh with all that tar on there, but a bong does a good job of mellowing it out.

The weed is essentially soaked in resin from the rest of the joint, so smoking a full bowl's worth of roaches might taste a little harsh, but
