nutmeg did mess me up a lil when i took it.

Kinda feels like more of a sedation and intoxication than a good weed high...feels like you had 4 coronas and smoked some shwag...you also get a little hot so water is a must...especially since you'll have a cottenmouth for a few hours...so yeah, it's iffy
