dirt weed

I got some weed from someone who said it was supposed to be swazi. I thought that was decent bud, maybe i am wrong. Anyways it turned out to be some seedy stemmy dirt weed. I got charged 30 bucks and was just going to send dude his money but i am so dissapointed i dont want to. I got 1/4 for $30. I used to buy ounces of this stuff for like 60 or less. What would you do? I feel like i got ripped off but I want to be stand up about it. I couldnt even finish the bag i got so tired of stemming and seeding so its still sitting in my desk.

I'd just send him the money to be on good terms. Next time you make a deal, tell him to not deliver unless it's good weed, or else you're not gonna pay.
