Good idea. I think we have the right concept, its like overgrowing the government with bong toking. I think that in some states the bong itself may be illegal? I dont know, but one thing is for sure there should be a united, concentrated effort..

Buy a new bong, but don't smoke any weed out of it (so as not to get any resin on the bong). Also, buy some pipe tobacco or salvia or some other legal smoke.
