What if they jsut took the offensive and started to make head shops illegal?

Not sure where you're from, but they already have been trying and in many cases either succeeding or at the very least policing them so hard they go out of business.

Buy a new bong, but don't smoke any weed out of it (so as not to get any resin on the bong). Also, buy some pipe tobacco or salvia or some other legal smoke. Now drive through your town decked out in pothead clothes. I'm thinking tie-dye pot leaf shirts and everything. Make sure you are 100% not stoned. sometimes when I am bored, I clean out my bong, go outside and smoke tobacco to try and see if any cop rolls up on me.
