Nope rolling one doesn't but smoking one and then taking a couple of minutes breather before rolling the next one does.

It has a higher tar content than tobacco, so smoking cannabis presents the same health problems: bronchitis, emphysema and lung cancer.

It can disrupt the control of blood pressure increasing the risk of fainting. Even occasional use is bad for people with heart and circulation disorders, and for those predisposed to schizophrenia .

I believe this as burning something and inhaling it will always be bad for you in the lung department.

Just because I enjoy it doesn't mean I want to remain ignorant of the downside of it.

yeah for sure man, it may increase RISK of cancer, but so does watching your food cook in the microwave, the lungs are EXTREMELY well at repairing themselves
