Bush signing the Patriot Act just weeks after 9/11 and surrendering your rights in the name of security should have been your first clue that this was all a big sham to bring in a fascist dictatorship.

For one, the government has publically announced that they are spying on their citizens by phone calls and scanning their email for key words such as fascism, drugs, jihad, etc. That message is then processed to see if there is any "threat". This is an illegal act and forbidden under the 4th amendment of the US Constitution.

Under the 4th amendment of the Constitution, phone tapping and email monitoring is illegal without a warrant as it is a search plain and simple! Thats why we have this amendment.
