How young are your babies? Don't feed that stuff to little seedlings. It's too strong for them. In fact, don't feed seedlings until you see at least 2 sets of true leaves- not the little round cotyledons that pop out of the seed. Start slow- if you read the instructions on your ferts, it should give dilution amounts for different life stages of your plant.
Also remember that ferts from an organic source such as fish emulsion (high in Nitrogen) are gentler, slower, and safer than the same 'number' from an inorganic source, such as Urea or any other simple compound. Those can easily burn tender young plants.
I grow many different types of plants and I don't give any of them inorganic chemical fertilizers until they are out of the seedling stage.\"Careful what you carry- \'cause the Man is wise- you are still an outlaw in their eyes\" -Steely Dan

Plants use the most N then K and have the ability to store P most effeciently so be carefull of burning and use a low tds of added ions less then 100ppm and it should be fine. I would use under 50ppm of it, but my point is the P may lock up.
