MY OLD MAN SAYS HE JUST DOES NOT GET IT....but to make a comment like yo did that anyone can do it and its full of gay lyrics is absurd. now new commercial rap does suck. but guys like 2pac,tech 9,fugees, i could go on they are and were poets. now if you ask me some of that zeplin and pink floyd and the rest of those dinosaurs are just played out...have you ever listened to todd rungren....for an old rocker he is moving with the times,, his latest album has some rap on it. i bet if your old ass could understand the lingo and could compute things faster you might enjoy ~rap~

some rap sucks just like some punk or rock or heavy metal sucks, its not the entire genre thats bad its just one or a few bad singers, rapper or whatever... i think imma stick to my slipknot and mudvayne though...

Anything you hear on the radio nowdays basically is for people who don't want to learn, or have insight. That includes all genres (rock, rap, punk, r&b). Stop listening to the radio, and start investigating music, and seeing what YOU like. The radio is for people who want to be popular in high school, and people who like to dance. Good Rap exists mostly outside of mainstream rap. If you want to hear good rap, check out these guys:
