Don't worry, a good portion of you will grow up one day. Get your anti-establishment sentiments out of your system while you're still a minor and avoid legal repercussions.

I think pengie is right in alot of ways. You are never going to make any kind of progress if you follow the "rules" (rules being accepted standards). Good example, roughly 300 years ago Europeans thought the world was flat.........then one wacked out hippy named Chris Columbus decided to try something different. Well he found another continent with people on it. Quite a big discovery even though he was defying the norm.

However, by pointless rebellion you don't accomplish much in fact it's usually counter-productive, the key here is to think in an intellegent way, outside the box.

Refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance doesnt accomplish anything, in fact its counterproductive to whoever decided to institute the pledge, but you could be a pioneer of new thought if you decided to reject the pledge of allegience and everything it stands for and u have a good reason for doing so.

The world is ready and waiting for you to step up like an adult and start becoming a positive force for change. But if all you want to do is bitch and moan maybe you should wait till you're a little older and your balls have dropped a little lower so the rest of society can't discount you so quickly for being a child who doesn't know what he's talking about.

    fight the good fight man.

Fuck you, you son of a bitch. Don't fuckin talk to penguin like that.

have faith in mankind my friend.... consider what it could be one day and spend your life working people towards that.

ever notice how when you take a walk outside and you see someone on your path far ahead? either u or that person will probably switch sides of the street so you don't have to do anything but nod your head or say hello.

FUCK THAT. stay on the same side, if he switches, switch to his side then stop and talk to him!! ask him how hes doin, current events, spark up a little conversation. when you keep walking you will feel good about other people and i guarentee with the right timing and conversational skills you can almost change his outlook on mankind just with that talk.

hehe someone did it to me once and i do it to everyone i see now when i take a walk.

"this world is hopeless, but i love it anyway" - from i dont remember but i love that quote

    I have faith in Mankind.

We wouldn't need a true government if people could learn to stop fucking each other over every chance they get. And, how can government fix that when they spend their time getting rich off of their people? I think the people in power should be poor ass bastards who can barely afford food. You'll see the countries clean up pretty fucking fast, believe me.

Next, if you read my rant thoroughly, you'd see that I acknowledged government wasn't JUST evil. It has its uses. Public works, arts and architecture, communication...those are all great things. We could find other ways of doing it WITHOUT money, though.

I know that money is an important part of society, and I know that it makes things a lot easier, but surely someone can think of a better way of going about things. I've been working on it, but haven't found anything yet. I'll keep trying.

And no, this "fuck the government" attitude isn't just about saying fuck off to all the authorities. I do plan on trying to change it, and whoever's with me, thank you...I'm going to need lots of help...

This room didn't get as hot as I expected it to, by the way. Nor did I expect this to be on the top of the page.

Lastly, I know I contradicted myself by calling for you to think for yourself, which would mean I'm thinking for you. I'm glad you called me on it, because it shows you ARE thinking for yourself. Good job

Penguin I feel you mad amounts on this...

    Specially the govt. bit

    Check it

The short and dignified preamble explain the goals of our forfathers under the constituion. "We the people of the Unites States, in order for form a more perfect union, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America." I personally do not the todays government is quite up to par with the vision of our forfathers. Liberty in itself describes that rich freedom that comes with being an American. But how free is it? What with the war on drugs initiated by Nixon, the obstructtion to the first ammendment made by George W. Bush at one of his rallys... How free are we really if we let government tell what is right and wrong for us? What is 'ok'? My take is that every individual has theyre own opinions and no matter what kind of law or sense of equality you try to establish... every person thinks differently then the next. But the fact is the war on drugs, and the control of substances greatly increases the number of people in jail and therefore increases the overall crime rate. Domestic Tranquility? Better think twice. Promotion of the general welfare? Well, if that's what you call ruining lives and being the cause of thousands of deaths around the country every year, then sure. I myself am ashamed of what our government had become..

There will always be a need for money or a trade/barter system because someone else will always have what you want and hopefully you yourself will always have something to offer, thats just how it is.
