well, i have my tounge, my ears, my clitoral hood, and cartilage. you can have as many tounge piercings done as you like, as long as there is room. the only tounge piercings that would hurt are the ones to either side (muscle), the more traditional (in the middle) piercing does not hurt. the middle of the tounge is just a membrane that connects the two side muscles. also, if you don't fuck off about cleaning your ear it won't get infected, and your ear wouldn't be deformed unless you ripped the jewelry out. always, ALWAYS go to an APP certified piercer! www.piercology.com has lots of great pictures to give you an idea of what you would want done and also has board so you can ask certified piercers any questions you have, and they can also refer you to an APP certified piercer near you.
