I agree with everyone that said Meth. It's easy to find in Western PA it seems.

Crack, Meth, and Heroin!
If I had to choose one, it would be heroin, but meth is a VERY close second...My ex-girlfriend is in jail for manufacturing meth, and she's shot all to hell because of it. At one time she was the most beautiful girl in four counties, but after the meth, she looked awful.
She had kids, too!
Damn shame...
