you crush up a pill, put it in tissue paper and then swallow the tissue filled with pill. it makes a roll hit you faster, you could always just chew it up

I went through a really bad time during which I parachuted all kinds of pills. It made the effects of "time-release" pills happen a lot quicker and at the same time as opposed to over an extended period. I wouldn't reccommend it simply because it was part of the reason why I became addicted to opiates and benzos. Plus, if you don't do it right, it will bust open in your mouth and it tastes gross.

there is nothing wrong with it it wont make you addicted to pills either, that comes from doing too much of the pills in general. If the pills are time released you get the same time released all at once affect as if you just snorted it. In a way it is similar to snorting a pill just longer lasting and hits less hard (im thinking of X, dont see why you would parachute a pharmy) If it busts in your mouth which happens occasionally just chug some water or OJ, it tastes bad sure but its no different than chewing up a pill.
