I'm deciding on buying a few feminised. And using the rest of my money to buy some reg. seeds, And I'm gona be putting about 15 in 3 spots, 30 in 1, and 40 in another that's densely covered and remote, what should I use to store water in the dirt, what kinda method is the best and cheapest? ANd how many of my fem. seeds will actually be full female and not hermie? 16/20 or less?

I have grown about 2 plants a year for the last 2 years for my own and friends use. Now I wish to make a massive grow, that yields at least 25 lbs. I am in NorCal (Cali) and need advice badly. Im gona start planting mid next month hopefully. The hard part of my grow is that I only have a $250 budget for seeds.
