25-100mg??? Maybe the patch weighs that much, but I highly doubt people can handle that much of the active ingredient fentanyl. Though I've never tried it, fentanyl is supposed to be even stronger than heroin, so I kind of doubt anyone is using 25mg to 100mg, even long term heroin users.
