I think you're askking on a very simple basis, much more simple than the people on here are saying. I might be wrong.

Fill the chamber with smoke by applying flame to the bowl and inhaling. Pull out the female (the bowl part) and inhale harder, allowing the smoke from the chamber to fill your lungs. Repeat until thoroughly fucked up.
