Everyone will need help from the police one day. Im sure most cops think theyre wasting their time with weed related offences (unless its a huge grow-op, but then the DEA is usually involved with that... and my love for the DEA is much less than my love for the 'regular' cops, unless theyre busting a meth/coke/crack lab).
Its easy - you wanna minimise the risk of getting caught, you dont smoke in public places. Its a little different here in the UK though, 99% of the time if youre smokin a J down the street the cops wont do anything about it, unless theres little kids around or its opposite a school.
Although I have toked up with Ben and Rudd (a biker mate) in a field/playground that was about 50 metres away from a school.
