DUMPSTER DIVING
When I was back in highschool I worked at a Cici's pizza buffet, and everynight we would throw away about 15 untouched perfect pizzas, they even told us we couldn't take it home because it was for our own saftey.

Overstock, food nearing expiration but still good, slight imperfections and blemishes, and out of season goods. Want more reasons? The US wastes 96 billion pounds of perfectly good food each year. How about finding 92 pounds of still good, wrapped chocolate thrown out because it was a few days after Easter. Its pretty sad, and yet we look for ways to end hunger in third world countries. Do we really want Rating: 5
