Yea Knowm thats what I was wondering about, if the HPS should be 12-18" from the plants wouldn't they stretch alot? I'm not sure even with a cool tube if the plants could come within inches.
k1ucHt Reviewed by k1ucHt on . Veg with CFL or HPS? Alright everyone I have a question for all of you. I have a box 30" L x 19.3" W x 35.8" H, mounted on the roof of the box is a 400W HPS system. I also have 6 loose CFL bulbs adding up to about 200W (ALL EITHER SOFT/WARM WHITE) would I be better off going through the veg stage with the HPS our the CFL. If the CFL are the better option do you guys have any cheap mounting suggestions? Rating: 5
