my opinion is that all women deserve respect from us men. your mother was a woman (except TakeFlight) and she brought you into this world, so if that doesnt command respect then i don't know what does. but... one of the things i hate the most is when women disrespect men as a whole, like generalizations. this is not meant to be sexist: in general, women are smaller in stature and somewhat less strong then men, which equates a man beating his wife to a bully. no lunch money involved here.

I give you props for starting a thread like this, it will prove for some interesting debates but...

i disagree with you when you say all women deserve respect from men. If this was true then all men deserve respect from women.....either doesnt make a bit of sense to me atleast. So when a man beats his wife she should respect him? Or when a woman cheats on her husband he should respect her??? no, im curious as to why you think all women DESERVE respect from men, i have to say respect shouldnt be handed out respect is something you earn in life. Also just because a woman gave birth to you isnt a reason for respect, but im sure ill get flamed for saying that but oh well. And lets all try and be civil about this because i have a feeling it has the possibility of getting out of hand very quickly!!
