I was wondering about a certain website that is in the United States- they are selling stuff called Cloud-9 and Rave which has 2c-i and 2c-e. The first word in the website is legal. Are they scammers or is this for real?

Besides 2c-i is pretty much just very weak acid, a complete waste of money. Stick to the tried and true.
