ar great thanks for the "establish good secondary branching then allow them to stretch" tip. there growing very stocky at the moment, but i think thats cus the lights soo close to the plant there for theres no need to stretch to the light.. am i right there?
im thinking of going with 1 or 2 red spectrum 200w fluorescents for the flowering period but im still not sure.. Im not sure what the Kelvin rate is but they give out just over 10,000 lumens at close range.. 100% PAR.

No problem for the tip. I found you get better yield, better light penetration, bigger and tighter buds if you get the correct node spacing. You can also eliminate any need for pruning leaves. Although it depends on the strain to some degree, I had issues with a plant that was too stocky due to lighting being too close.
I haven't had any experience with using only the red spectrum for flowering. I've only used a combination of blue and red. The leaves always prefer to point towards the blue even if it's further away. If it were up to me I would just add a red when you switch to 12/12.

ye, get a red spectrum envirolite bulb for flowering, the fan your using is 85 m3h a HPS may build up too much heat for the extraction rate. Youve done an excellent job on the grow room, no cutting corners, Better than mine. What are the dimensions of your room, just out of interest. Also, watch out for hermies when 12/12 is induced, as female seeds are sometimes more prone to hopping the fence
