if the stems came from high quality marijuana then do this:

plug up your bowl's hole with a marijuana leaf

just take the dull side of a knife, then take each stem and scrape down the sides of it over the bowl catching all of the kief in the bowl.

i would put a piece of paper under the bowl in case some falls out so you can slide it back in.

if you have 2 ounces that should be a very nice amount of kief for 1 bowl. do this right, with the right kind of stems, and you're going to get ripped
