flowering from the start???
This past summer I experimented in a way similar to this theory. I sprouted two bagseeds and stuck them outdoors at the end of June and let them have a go at it outside. I pretty much ignored them except for watering them with all my outdoor potted plants. Only nutes they got was some VF-11 probably 3 times total. Final plant was a single stem around 10" with one nice size kola. Both ended up being female and produced about 2g dry each. Somehow they ended up looking and smelling extremely chronic considering they had no time to veg, so I chopped the bud and left a few straggling bud sites at the bottom with teeny tiny leaves. I've got them under some cfls, gave them some real nutes, and they seem to be coming back to life nicely. I only decided to reveg them because I want to know how much more amazing they can be if I took care of them.
But to answer your question, yes, you can flower from seed. Of course the buds will only be produced according to how many leaves it has to photosynthesize. Let it veg even a week and you'll see over twice the yield just because of more photosynthesizing capability.
