cartoons do real well like the xmen and spiderman series from the 90's. i was selling those. wrestling also does very well. you can post pics of the dvd to show quality. a lot of people do this.

a good idea would to start recording series(real world or whatever floats these morons boats these days) on tv and transfer them to the pc then on to a dvd.

well you can buy this wire that transfers media from the vcr/camcorder to the pc. i dont know any particular brands that you should look into so you're gonna have to look into that yourself.

If you haven't already planned to do this, may I offer some advice?

Make sure you have proof of payment, like carbon copies of the money order, or cancelled cheque, etc. Then, you will have to phone ebay on Monday morning and explain your situation. Have your handle name ready, the seller's handle name, the dates of the auction and hopefully the auction number. That'll get you started.

Rant and rave all you want here but when you talk to ebay, be nice and polite and a little dumb. I don't mean that in a bad way, but if you are nice toned and talk like you just don't understand what happened - you thought you did everyhting right - they will probably jump to help you, because they will feel in control and smarter than you. I thought it odd at first, but when I tried it, I got everything I wanted out of whomever I dealt with like that.

If that still doesn't work for you and you are still eager to be a pest and get what you feel is yours, your next step is to contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau). THere are also consumer reporters/watchdogs working with some of the major news outlets. Check if you have one in your area and contact that person and explain what happened and that you want others to beware. They might investigate and run your story.

I hope this helps. I know how you feel, because paypal refunded me on 1 defective product and then refused on a second. I could never get an explanation of their discrepancy. Under the circumstances, the second item should have been refunded but the seller lied to paypal about the product and my reputation because he found out about my first pay pal refund and called me a rip off artist.

i dont use e-bay as i find the risks troo high and if u do get sammmed e-bay coulndt give a shit about it and just dont reply to a mail..i seen it hapen too many times on t.v to be one of those fools so its very rare that i got to e-bay and when i do its nrmaly to find a price for something.
