Mark my words, the California, Denver and Nevada legalization of Marijuana will go in the history books as a fight against State power (and the liberals who should be on the other side) and Federalism (and the conservatives who claim to be pro State's rights. If this becomes a country-wide issue there will be a Supreme Court decision on how far state's rights go! How groundbreaking!
