cheap healthy foods
Beans(many different types), Rice, Tofu/soy products, Pasta's, Nuts, Fruit,cereal/oatmeal, Tortilla's, etc etc. Trash the canned stuff. Trash the meats. Fish? Not for me, but it freezes well and is cheap and nutritious.

Lol at the Sam's club by my house they give out what seems to be and endless supply of food samples... you could problay get in a meal a day at Sam's club.

-canned soup- some of the cans have easy recipes for a quick easy meal
-salads with lite dressings or a little oil and vinegar
-yogurt
-grilling- George Forman etc. anything grilled always tastes better - veggies, protein even fruit

dont be afraid to stop by your parents house for dinner on some nights, they will think your doing it just to see them but really.... your just getting free dinner
my bro did when he was going threw his freshman year of college and i will too.
