eddie, you need to stop focusing on the fine print and look at the big picture, as someone alluded to above. it's not JUST his racist comments that got him tossed but rather it was his overall lack of respect for fellow members which he showed in over 50% of his posts going back to his 1st day here! he ignored the warnings and continued with his hate and negative message knowing he was on the short leash.
