If somebody is invisible, I'd think it would be good to dis-able them from being able to see if other people are online/offline. In addition, if you're invisible, you shouldn't be able to post. IMO

Yellow - Online (UNREAD)

The READ would be regarding if that user has gotten online, and read the new messages in a thread which he already posted.
