I first saw his work in the local paper, not of pipes, but of vases and such, and I even went down to watch him make something. I asked him in private if he was capable to make me a custom piece. He said no problem and that second he started asking me what I was looking for. I wanted something with a lot of color in there, but also one that changes color when darkened, or well resined.
