Burning Question

Last weed I got has something wrong with it i fear.....but I'm not sure what - anyone got any ideas?
The buds are not well formed - have no weed smell - in fact a slightly odd chemical smell - but the strangest thing of all it sort of fizzes when its burning. and if its dark (I often have a pipe outside on the deck at night and noticed this happening) wee sparks can bee seen (sorta like the sparks that come off kids sparklers). Other strange thing I've noticed it feels a bit damp but still burns properly
Its not seed - have been smokin for years and know that much - LOL.
Needless to say I'm not smokin anymore of it - but would love to know whats going on?!?

Could be that the grower didnt flush the plants very well. It maybe be left over ferts burning in your bud. Mmmm, tasty!

it infact is bud that isnt flushed and that crackling and popping and what not is the metals/chemicals igniting, if you want you could try a water cure to flush them out, im guessin that if you smoke too much you get a headache or feel shitty afterwards?

Sounds like some grade A shag weed that wasn't flushed of its nutes. The "buds" will crack and pop when not flushed, or it also pops when you're puffing on a seed.

I hope you didn't pay too much for crap like that.
