Smoke is going to agitate your sore throat even more, if you get bad nausea then id suggest tryin to take a few small bong tokes, when im to the point where the nausea makes it where i cant eat then i take a few tokes and weed saves the day by lettin me digest some food and get me on the track to

id say this is the best advice so far, so i think i will do this. And i dont own a bong anymore, but i see what you mean
