Hey guys, i have my first piss test for a job comming up April 16th ish. ive been clean for a week now smoked a few days of spring break (mar, 3-mar. 12) before the week of soberness and before smoking those few days took the week off of smoking as well. i had been a daily smoker when i didnt have to worry about the test, two bowls every night for about 3 months with a few days off through all that. anyway im just seeing if with 2-3 days of exercise a week and water should i be good to go, along with not smoking up to the test?? im 6'0 215lbs. thanks guys any advise would be great:thumbsup:
