Algae herbaside?

Its safe for fish?
Effectively controls problem "green water" algae blooms and blanketweed (Oedogonium) in ponds and fountains containing live plants and fish. Keeps ornamental ponds and water clean and clear. Not a bacterial product but EPA registered herbicide. 8 ounce treats 2400 gallons.
