Just a quick question about my seedlings
they wont be burned unless the bulb is too close, thus they get burned from the bulb's heat.. if u put them by ur window, u might get poor results.. if u put them under the metal halide, u'll get better results.. whatever's in ur capacity to.. u can get them started wit a regular cfl bulb.. 2 25w ones would probably be fine in ur case.. then u could use the mH later on, perhaps during flowering..

I second that. Get it off the windowsill ASAP and under the MH.
Just for reference, I keep my 400w MH 8 inches away. You have to raise the light an inch every day or 2.

Pricey, im problably wrong but is your name Billy? Dont worry if not, im probably stoned. and yeah, id say get your light onto it right now before they start stretching. They will take all the light you can possibly give them. Just make sure the light isnt too close. MH = 6-10 inches away. CFL = 1-2 inches away.
Good luck.
