do what i do and grind up 28grams in your coffe grinder put intoa bag add a few drops of water and press a bar out of it. this can be done by hand or by creating some sort of press

"a 10X pure extract which is 1g of extract equal to 10g of dried Amanita"

So, it would only take 3 grams of the extract, which wouldnt need so much processing really it is like two heaping spoonfuls..easy to chug! Hmm i gotta order this stuff
