He says its because I hold my hit in too long, but I got so ripped today after holding my hit in longer than usual. Coughing a little then, but thats about it. Just breathe in and your high as a kite this time, lol.

95% of thc is absorbed within 5 seconds of inhalation. Holding hits, and or 'ghost hits' is really just oxygen deprivation and more of a placebo effect :thumbsup:

Try to take the hit, inhale, then count to 5 in your head. When you focus on that and only that you won't cough. Good luck.
