just take a 2 liter bottle, make a whole 3/4th of the way down, get some silicone sealant, put some sort of stem in there (i used a turkey baster) and then make a bowl (a socket works here, or go to a hardware store) and seal the bowl on the end of the turkey baster (take the little eyedropper part off first) then, stick the stem (baster) in the hole, seal it, and make another hole 3/4ths of the way up (carb). then put water in (to where the bottom part of the baster is under water, but its below the bottom hole) light your bud, cover the carb, inhale til like your almost full, and uncover the carb. if you want really nice hits, use hot water. it moisturizes the hit, and makes it easier to hold.
also, you can (if you can figure out how to fit it in) put ice in there, and that makes the bubbles break up (more surface area= better filtration (the water takes out alot of carcinogens) and cooler smoke).
