    Well, how cold is "cold"?

    Over-watering... is the soil dry?

For watering, you should water when your plants need it... you need to check when that is. Many factors affect that... size of the pot... humidity... heat... lights you're using... rocks, no-rocks... etc.

But let's say you have to water your plants every 2 days...
When you water, water the SHIT OUT OF THEM. Soak them. Make them drip. Make them think they're going down with the Titanic. Don't just water the stem, water ALL the pot... ALL over the pot.

Once you're doing with the watering-frenzy, don't put any more water until the next 2 days are up.

    Hope this helps...

    Cold Water

When i use the water straight out of the tap they droop.. but its still oddly cold in the uk.. as is the tap water.

Ii fill up a watering can then leave it in the grow room so it warms up slightly for the day, then id water.. i donā??t water them that much only when the top soil is dry and I donā??t drench them, its only ever a light watering.

when i dont water the leaves perk up and branch out.

the plants r only about..4-5 inches tall. both thease pics are the same plant.

Well, looks good. I see no problem with them... water less often... and don't use cold water. Do the Dick Test.

You have 1 plant? What strain?
