to get a glimpse you would have to stay still...
to be NON -reactionary..

to actually see the mind ONE has to become awareness..
Thoughts are totally independent of this awareness..

and most humans believe they are their thoughts.. and they believe that they can actually have thoughts...

LOL.... one must be very very vigilant if one is to become non reactionary... most people are so reactionary that just when they read this.. they will react and THERE mind will come up with 100 excuses why they can't stay still.. or the mind will try to understand what I am typing here..

Right you got it. fade everything out and focus on the darkness. Focus on the stillness and the energy will become clear. You dont need to think in words just feel the energies as the vocal thought will only slow you down. its the only place some people feel free.
