Thats what I use with the bulb straight down. Mines got 8 sides instead of 7 though. Definatly on the right track.

karmaxul Reviewed by karmaxul on . grow light shades i got a grow light shade that is white in color i want to extend it to get more light on the plants i going to use some shiny but dull sheet metal should i paint it white to match or leave it alone,would this make a difference in the reflextion of the bulb light What do u think?
