eat something high in fats and carbohydrates (like a yoghurt and some fruit) and then do some exercise, that always works for me. If you want to sober up fast then do something intense like jump rope or weights (although, that's kinda dangerous when your high...) as that will speed up your metabolism quickly (as do healthy foods, normal munchies usually don't raise your metabolism that much at all)...
