well the closest i've come to it was when i was on the traintracks blazed and saw a kid tokin up, he gave me some hits off his bowl and then i asked to buy an eighth. he said sure

I use to but then got connected. I now grow so there you have it. About four years ago I was in Berkeley CA at the swap meet bought a bong from a rasta guy then asked for some bud to go in it. He walked me over to another guy at the meet who sold small amounts.

We used to go to this one street in this town called Santa Cruz to buy weed. Not in a shady part of town or anything but a lot of hippie/Deadhead types used to hang out there. We'd either score fat bags of killer weed or get ripped off completley. Totally black or white. We learned really quick not to fall for the "give me the money and I'll go get it" routine.

one time over a year ago i was standing outside of my friends house(i wasnt allowed in cause his mom hated me) and this guy walked up to me while i was smoking a jack and asked me if i smoked bud. i told him i was looking for an eighth on friday, and that was straight for him, then he offered to smoke a blunt with me and my friend. i still go to him for weed, got 2 for $30 of some dank kb yesterday.

one time smoking a jack outside of work with a friend, this dude walked up to us asking if we could buy him a dutch cause the dude wouldnt sell him one(he was obviously old enough, like mid 20s). so i asked him if he had any more green, and he did. we smoked a bowl with him then got 2 g's of some alright mids.

word, 2 of my freinds fell for the "were gunna go get the sack just give the cash, and we`ll go get it" trick when we were in santa cruz, ripped off 40$. but the next day, we saw him walking down the boardwalk, and my 2 freinds jumped him, took his shirt, his wallet (with the two 20$ bills STILL in it :]), his hat, his Air Force 1`s, and then booted him in the face and left, walked about 30 feet, and there was already another hippir trying to sell us bud, but this time, he gave us the bud first, some schwag, but it was a whole zip. so, we ended up getting an ounce of schwagg, some shoes, some other odd clothing items, and revenge. all for 40$. i love santa cruz.

I'm always buying from folks I meet down the pub. I've bought some of the best bud that way. Just get chatting with the guys around the back smoking. Or just stand by the entrance toking,usaully tokers cant resist the smell of my sweet fruit and come over for a chat. If you dont manage to score atleast you meet someone new to share a toke with!

Santa Cruz has changed so much since I used to go there. It used to be a great little Cali Coast hippie town. Now it's GAP, Starbucks, and BMW's. There used to be this big park in the mid-80's that was a total Deadhead hangout. A totally awesome place. You could go there anytime of day and score weed, acid, shroom, etc. and nobody would rip you off. After you scored you could kick back, get high, throw a frisbee around, whatever. The cops always looked the other way. Then we had the big earthquake in '89 and it really trashed the town. When they rebuilt they turned it from a hippie haven to a yuppie haven.
