Well its not one of the biggest days of the year but it is one that gives you a good reason to drink and have fun! so my part Irish ass is planing to get drunk with friends on this friday night! maybe play some poker or pool who knows? Being a friday it should be a good one, so whats everone else going to be doing tonight? on the news this morning it said that the police are going to be out in force trying to carck down on the drunkin drivers so be careful! Well, I just think it's a stupid holiday. Not only because it's a religious holiday, but because it's a really stupid idea. Get drunk and wear green? Come on, there's lots more fun things to do than that. It doesn't even mean anything. Like Christmas, that at least has some semblance of meaning (sharing and kindness and all that), but not St. Patrick's Day.

I think I'll go read a book while the rest of the country wallows in its own drunken ignorance.
