If you use tabs for CO2 do not mix with organic nutrients or in the soil as CO2 can sufficate microorganic forms of life

As far as I understand, you just put in a glass of water and the fizz deodorizes the air and adds CO2. It does recommend that you place it above the light source since CO2 is heavy.
