    Carbon Filter and Ozone?

Is it necessary to have a carbon filter and an ozone generator to take care of the smell of 6 or so plants? If not, then which one is better?

And with the carbon filter, can I place the can in the grow room and have the air sucked through, or do I have to blow the air into the can? Sorry for the stupid questions, I'm new, lol.

    Carbon Filter and Ozone?

hello m8 when i was starting i thought some of my questions were stupid but as you get experienced your start answering other peoples questions and your look back thinking , i can remember when i asked that one lol
anyway the difrence between ozone generators and carbon filters are that the ozone generators produces something called free radicals that attach to the smell molacules and disperse them like that but if ya have to many free radicals they can be harmfull to your health so i would personly go with a carbon filter as the active carbon inside the filter sucks in smells and lets out the air so i would put this inside ya room with a fan on one end so it sucks in the smell towards the active carbon and place some tubing on the other end to let the air out of the room this will be more affective
    hope this helps cheers
and good luck with your grow

ozium from ebay is a organic essential oil solution. you can get a plug in disperser. Ozone is harmfull ot plants and at high levels will kill them in under 24 hours. I made a generator before I knew that was good for about 100,000 sq feet. Not good. I think thats part of the reason I look like a gorilla.

I would say some kinda stink control is needed, as i have only 1 plant and use a few air freashners and a small airfilter/ozone thing. You can still smell it sometimes. But you should be ok untill it starts flowering as thats when the smells really start.

    Carbon Filter and Ozone?

When I lived in a apartment I had two plants in bud (small ones) and they sold the house I was living in meaning they would show it every week. I hid the plants in a dresser which was converted into a grow chamber and the front lifted off. Looked like a dresser and had no light leaks. I would spray essential oils from oranges, a air freshener called californiascents I believe, and no one was the wiser.
